IT Business Analyst - London - c£60k

Nigel Frank have been appointed by a nationally recognised organisation to assist their search for an IT Business Analyst, based in the London area.

This is a brilliant opportunity for a driven Business Analyst, who has a proven track record in delivering end to end projects within an organisation, and take on a pivotal role through out my clients digital change project. The successful candidate will demonstrate clear communication capabilities, where this position will be liaising with key stakeholders and senior members of the business.

The role offers a hybrid working model, with an expectation to be on site 3 days a week.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Identify opportunities for business improvement, ensuring outcomes are aligned with business strategy.
  • Lead workshops and focus groups to establish business requirements.
  • Identify best practices and enforce efficient delivery methods for successful project delivery.
  • Liaise with key stakeholders to translate business requirements.

Skills & Qualifications

  • 3+ year's experience of business analysis with responsibilities including gathering requirements and analysing data using tools and techniques.
  • Experience implementing an ERP system in house.
  • Strong communication skills with extensive stakeholder management.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritise tasks effectively.
