About the Role: We are seeking an experienced IT Business Analyst with a strong all round background and IT solutions delivery experience. You will manage a portfolio of projects and programs in a primarily outsourced environment, reporting to the IT department.

Key Responsibilities:

• Understand and manage diverse business and IT requirements.
• Be strong in Tender process and heavily involved in the procurement of 3rd party IT systems
• Scope and prioritize projects from large programs to critical small changes.
• Handle multiple requirements and stakeholders, influencing decision-making to drive project initiation.
• Collaborate with project sponsors to analyze and document IT or business requirements.
• Prepare investment papers, summarizing project costs, risks, timelines, and financial forecasts for sign-off and handover to Project Managers.

Qualifications:

• Degree level education
• ISEB Business Analysis or equivalent
• Prince 2 Foundation or equivalent project management qualification
• ITIL experience/qualification.
