We are recruiting for an exciting contract position for Honda Financial services who are seeking a meticulous and exceptionally well organised Application Support Coordinator for 6 months .

You will be providing first line support and assisting with any production questions and issues. You will be required to liaise with the IT team to bring these to a satisfactory resolution.

Responsibilities include:

  • Logging the queries from the employees for incidents.
  • Record, track and document all actions taken through ticketing systems JIRA, Lotus Notes and Service Now.
  • Talk employees through a series of actions, either face to face or over the phone, to help set up systems or resolve issues.
  • Set up new accounts and profiles and deal with password issues.
  • Provide support, including procedural documentation and relevant reports.

You will be detail orientated and have experience of Microsoft Office Applications mainly Excel and Access. Experience of banking or financial services highly desirable. Exposure of running SQL queries advantageous but not essential. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a global company and a great opportunity to add real value!

The role is inside IR35 -£16.23ph and equivalent to £29,531 annual salary. 1pm finish on a Friday & 35 hr week!
