IT Development Team Lead

Leeds or Manchester

Up to £70,000 basic

2 days pw in the office

As the IT Development Team Lead, you will guide a dynamic squad of around 5 members, delivering bespoke software solutions. You will have the opportunity to shape technical strategies and innovations, ensuring alignment with their standards and client expectations.

You should be a skilled full stack developer, whilst also providing technical coordination and mentoring to more junior members of the software development team. Helping to develop innovative, high quality IT bespoke software solutions, automations, and integrations and will form part of the senior development team in helping to improve development capabilities.

  • Proven experience in leading software development teams.
  • Advanced knowledge of C#, .NET, HTML, CSS, and JSON.
  • Familiarity with AI technologies is a plus.
  • Strong capabilities in full-stack development
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to provide effective technical guidance and solutions.
  • Demonstrated ability in stakeholder management and technical coordination.
