IT & Digital Lead - Me-5 Pathology Network - Band 8b

My client are a large prestigious health-care organisation, they are seeking a IT & Digital Lead within the Me-5 Pathology Network on a contract basis until March 2025 (part-time flexible working hours across 3 to 5 days per week). The role is paying Band 8B - max £30.18 per hour for the duration of the contract, INSIDE IR35.

This role will be flexible remote, with two days needed per month in Huntington/Peterborough offices.

Qualifications

• Relevant Masters degree or equivalent level of knowledge, experience and skills
• Able to demonstrate ongoing personal development
• Significant training or experience in IT & Digital programme management.

Essential Experience

• Evidence of successful delivery of multi-organisation IT & Digital programmes and projects in a service improvement role.
• Experience of planning organisational resources to support programme/ project implementation
• Business and service planning experience
• Experience in change management.
• Demonstrable experience of service redesign within a health or social care setting.
