Job Title: IT EPOS Engineer
Location: UK Wide (Travel Required)
Contract Duration: 3 Months (ASAP - July 2025, with potential extension)
Rate: Negotiable and dependent on experience + £60 per travel day + 25ppm mileage

About the Role:

We are looking for an experienced EPOS Engineers to support the installation and deployment of EPOS and IT systems across hospitality sites in the UK. This is a field-based role that requires regular travel and overnight stays (accommodation and meal allowances provided).

Key Responsibilities:

  • Installation and setup of EPOS/IT equipment at hospitality venues
  • Ensuring all installations meet company standards and client requirements
  • Troubleshooting technical issues and liaising with support teams if needed

What We're Looking For:

  • Previous experience in installing and upgrading EPOS systems
  • Experience in a field-based role with hands-on technical work
  • Willingness to travel across the UK with regular overnight stays (hotels arranged by the client)
  • Full UK driving license with access to own vehicle

Job Details & Benefits:

  • Contract: Starting ASAP until July 2025 (or earlier if available)
  • Pay: (depending on experience)
  • Additional Payments:
    • £60 per travel day
    • 25p per mile for all mileage covered
    • Meal allowance if working past 8pm or staying overnight
    • Expense claims for parking, tolls, and congestion charges
  • Shifts: 3-6 days per week, with occasional Sunday travel (£60 travel rate)
  • Payment: Outside I235, Weekly via umbrella service or Ltd company

This role has been assessed and deemed an Outside IR35 role
