IT Infrastructure Manager

London - Hybrid 2 days

Salary - £60,000 - £65,000 per annum

IT Infrastructure Manager required for a fast-growing private London based clinic. My client is seeking an IT Infrastructure Manager to lead digital transformation, streamline operations, and provide advanced IT solutions to support the expanding team, while also handling day-to-day IT support tasks. You will be responsible for managing and enhancing the IT infrastructure, software systems, and digital workflows, ensuring that the technology supports both clinical and operational needs.

Key Skills and Responsibilities:

  • IT programming background with experience in coding and testing
  • Proficient in Excel, including expertise in PivotTables, data cleansing, formulae, and sheet protection
  • Proficiency in software configuration, automation tools, and workflow optimisation.
  • Implement and improve IT tools and processes to automate workflows, invoicing, compliance tracking, and statistics
  • Ensure seamless IT operations, manage onboarding/offboarding, support WiFi, printers, antivirus, and devices, and handle password resets
  • Optimise and configure software tools, develop KPI dashboards and automation scripts, enhance tracking and workflows, implement MFA and security measures
  • DBS check is required for the successful candidate
