IT Infrastructure Support Engineer

Hays are working with an established charity to support in the recruitment of a permanent Infrastructure Support Engineer. The role is paying c£45k depending on experience and is predominantly site based (various locations around the Bristol region) however home working is an option when possible. The organisation have a great culture and work environment alongside modern technologies and good funding / investment.
Your new role& what you'll need to succeed
In the role you will work on 3rd line infrastructure related project work as well as BAU support. You will be responsible for supporting the implementation of technical upgrades and configuration. You'll work with other members of the internal IT team as well as 3rd parties to deliver first class IT infrastructure services. There will be an opportunity for training and personal development. To be considered for the role you will need to have worked in a similar infrastructure support role ideally in a large enterprise IT environment. Ideally you'll have experience in:

• Microsoft server administration
• Hands on networking (Cisco or Aruba)
• Microsoft cloud platform administration (M365 & Azure AD)
• Hands on build, installation and configuration of Microsoft server platform
• Cisco Meraki
