Title: IT Integration Programme Manager

Location: Manchester (c3 days a week - c2 days can be remote)

Salary:£90,000 - £120,000 depending on experience

Term: 12-18 Month Fixed Term Contract

Role details;

We are looking to recruit a talented and experienced IT Programme Manager who has led tech integration processes post acquisition.

Our client, a successful and growing UK based business with a t/o of c£200m (Head Office in Manchester) have been acquired by a global leader in their industry (t/o in the £bn's) and a process of systems and reporting integration is underway.

The aim is to recruit a talented and seasoned IT & Business Technology leader who has successfully managed similar integrations and processes previously, has great technical knowledge around programme planning, governance frameworks, ERP systems, Data and Reporting tools and importantly is a great stakeholder relationship manager.

Change & Risk management experience is essential to ensure our clients business incurs minimum operational disruption during and post new systems implementation.

You will work closely with the Finance, Technical and Commercial Leadership teams in the UK and international group stakeholders. You will also support and guide the internal IT teams based in Manchester.

This role is project specific and designed as a FTC (12-18 months). We are ideally looking for a start date in August or September, 2024.

Must haves;

*Proven experience as an IT Programme Manager, specifically with integration of multiple systems and projects.

*Strong background in ERP systems, planning / analytics tools (Power BI is highly desirable)

*Demonstrated experience of managing large scale IT projects and rolling out IT infrastructures across complex organisations

*Proven track record of managing teams through change, identifying challenges, setting project milestones and risk management

*A great communicator, adaptable, pragmatic and knowledgeable guide.
