We are Seeking an IT Infrastructure Manager for our modernization phase, emphasizing agility, automation, and reliability. Hands-on role with advancement potential. Requires experience in overseeing projects, leading engineers, and collaborating with suppliers across multiple sites and remote locations.

Responsibilities:

  • Managing group IT infrastructure support, provisioning, and enhancement.
  • Creating project plans, coordinating activities, and leading a team of Infrastructure Engineers.
  • Supervising infrastructure monitoring tools and developing relevant performance metrics.
  • Ensuring high service quality, handling support requests effectively, and aligning spending with budget constraints.

Technical requirements:

  • Building and managing company IT systems.
  • Handling Hyper-V virtualization.
  • Setting up and managing VEEAM backups.
  • Supporting Office 365.
  • Working with IT colleagues on complex issues.
  • Monitoring system performance and ensuring reliability.
  • Conducting security checks and implementing protections.
  • Mentoring junior team members.
