Responsibilities:

  • Management of the internal IT infrastructure team (5 employees)
  • Coordination and enforcement of priorities with internal users
  • Project planning and tracking
  • Compliance with legal requirements
  • Reporting to the management team and the executive board
  • Organisation of Helpdesks
  • License management
  • Budget planning and tracking
  • Coordination with supervisors of specialist applications
  • Supplier selection
  • Responsible for IT security

Requirements:

  • At least 5 years of experience in a comparable role
  • Very good communication skills
  • Moderate conflicts
  • Independent work, very reliable and structured
  • Experience in the semiconductor or software development industry is an advantage
  • Experience with an ISMS is an advantage
  • Fluent in English and German, both written and spoken
