We are recruiting for an experienced IT Manager on behalf of a Leading Audio Visual company in Norwich.

This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced IT Manager to enhance their career with a leading company who supply to a wide range of sectors including corporate, education and retail.

Previous experience as an IT service manager and an ITIL Certification are essential for this role.

In this role you will be responsible for ensuring that the service department runs effectively and always delivers high quality customer service. You must ensure all KPI’s are met, aim to continuously improve the department and carry out, support, development and appraisals for the service team members.

In addition, you must be prepared to represent the department to the wider business, outlining goals and objectives and ensuring customer satisfaction on a continuous basis.
