?? Exciting Opportunity: IT Problem Manager ??

Are you a seasoned IT Problem Manager with a knack for solving complex issues and driving improvements? �? We are on the lookout for an exceptional professional to join our team on a contract basis!

?? Locations: London, Bristol, or Manchester - Hybrid, 3 days p/w on-site

?? Contract Length: 8 months

?? Rate: £500 per day (Inside IR35)

About the Role:

In this role, you will be instrumental in managing and resolving IT problems within our organisation, ensuring efficient and effective incident resolution. You will work closely with various stakeholders to drive continuous improvement and uphold the highest standards of IT service management.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and manage the IT Problem Management process, focusing on root cause analysis and resolution.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify problem trends and drive systemic improvements.
  • Ensure problems are properly documented, tracked, and resolved within agreed time frames.
  • Produce and present reports on problem management performance and trends.
  • Develop and maintain problem management processes and procedures.
Essential Requirements:
  • Public Sector Experience: Prior experience working within the public sector is crucial.
  • Strong Problem-Solving Skills: Demonstrated ability to analyse complex issues and implement effective solutions.
  • ITIL Certification: An advantage, showcasing your expertise in IT service management.
