An established and reputable healthcare organisation is seeking an experienced IT Procurement Manager to take ownership of purchasing and contract management services. In this role, you will play a key part in procuring IT software and goods, managing tenders, and ensuring alignment with the organisation's core values.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead IT procurement activities, including contract negotiations and supplier management.
  • Ensure compliance with financial and IT policies while promoting best practices across the organisation.
  • Develop and maintain procurement strategies that align with the organisation's goals.
  • Work closely with stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver cost-effective solutions.
  • Provide guidance on procurement processes and offer training where necessary.

Essential Skills

  • Prior experience working in a healthcare organisation.
  • Proven track record in contract negotiations and supplier management.
  • Strong communication skills (both written and verbal).
  • Experience delivering staff training and working with procurement frameworks.
  • Proficiency in Office 365 and other relevant IT tools.



The role is based in Manchester but predominantly you will be working from home but must be prepared to go to the office when needed.

12 Months Contract Inside IR35 - £200 to £240 a day
