IT Project Manager
Technical Project Manager required by my leading client based in Reading.

- This will suit a junior technical PM and is reflected in the salary.
As a Technical Project Manager you will play a key role in launching new technical projects and products, overseeing all aspects from testing to fault finding. This position involves direct reporting to the CEO and close collaboration with the Technical Development team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the Project Manager for major technical initiatives, ensuring projects are managed efficiently and delivered on time and within budget.
- Provide input on technical direction, design, and specifications for both existing and new projects.
- Act as the primary technical lead in evaluating new business projects.
- Serve as the escalation point for technical issues related to existing and new hardware/software.
- Collaborate with the Operations Team to transfer technical data and information pertinent to product development and improvements.
- Execute and complete internal test scripts as required.
- Manage and maintain the Development Project's bug and issue lists.
- Assist developers in debugging and resolving issues.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and technical acumen.
- Strong communication and collaboration abilities.
- Proven experience in managing technical projects from inception to completion.
- Ability to interface effectively with various teams and stakeholders.
