IT Service Analyst

Great opportunity to join a long-standing wealth management organisation, working 2 days a week on site in their stunning office space and the rest at home.
What you'll be doing:

• Managing end user access management and requests
• Support the tech team on integrating access management services
• Work with relevant teams about operation procedures
• Carrying out audit reviews and collation of evidence and documentation
• Identify service and process improvements
• Ensure compliance with controls and standards

Experience to succeed:

• Minimum 2 years working in a relevant role
• Confident working with Active Directory, Teams, and other Microsoft platforms
• Strong knowledge of ITAM principles
• Worked with ITAM applications
• ITIL v4 foundation
