A market leading business who are recognised as one of the top 5 best companies to work for within their sector are embarking on a multi-million pound Digital transformation Programme and are now looking to appoint an IT Service Delivery Manager.
This is a brand-new Service Delivery Manager position within their Technology division!
The Service Delivery Manager will be the principal contact and link between the business and IT service, responsible for ensuring the effective delivery of IT services to colleagues, stakeholders and customers, performing a crucial role in maintaining high service levels, guiding service teams, and optimizing processes.
You will have the opportunity to bring your ITIL tool bag to create change and bring together excellence within service delivery, driving continuous improvement across key areas:
- Major Incident Management (MIM)
- Service Improvement Plans
- Change Management
- Problem Management
- Service Transition
- Service Design
IT Service Delivery Manager Experience:
- Minimum of 2 years + years in an IT Service Delivery Manager position
- Proven track record in managing and improving IT service delivery processes
- Strong expertise of ITIL process, major incident, change and problem management
- High levels of emotional intelligence and excellent communication skills.
