IT Service Designer - Aerospace

Salary: £50,000 plus 10% bonus

Location: Preston, Frimley or Filton

On-site: Hybrid working

I am currently recruiting for a IT Service Designer to join our Aerospace client. The role involves designing services to ensure optimal availability and positive user experiences through robust proactive management and effective service design. Additionally, the successful candidate will be implementing service transition plans for new services, managing multiple projects, and coordinating transition activities between project managers, programme leads, and customers.

Experience Required:

· Experience within an IT Service Design role, understanding Service Design principles and artefacts

· Background in IT Support, including SIAM management

· Effectively engage and run workshops

Desirable:

· ITIL/Six Sigma qualifications
