IT Service Desk 6 Month FTC
Our client, a well-established professional services company, is currently recruiting for an IT Support Technician to join their Service team on a 6-month FTC basis. The IT Support Technician will be responsible for supporting users on a range of 1st and 2nd line queries and tickets.
Responsibilities for the IT Support Technician
- Provide direct user IT software and hardware support in person or remote
- Log calls and coordinate issues with third-party vendors where required
- Log all incidents accurately in our incident logging system
Key Skills & Experience for the IT Support Technician
Essential
- A strong knowledge of Windows 10, Office 365 and Active Directory.
- Experience working within a professional services environment
- Knowledge of legal applications would be desired
- Strong written and spoken communication skills
