The Group consists of three divisions VetPlus - a global leader in companion animal nutraceuticals, Agri Lloyd, an agriculture focused unit and Mill Farm Sports Village a multi-purpose leisure complex incorporating a fully owned football club with associated facilities.

Role Summary:

Reporting to the Director of IT, the Service Desk Analyst is responsible for IT support within the Company

Main Duties:

  • Be point of contact for all ICT issues.
  • Creating, monitoring, and resolving issues on the ICT ticketing system.
  • Troubleshooting, diagnosing problems, implementing corrective action procedures within prescribed guidelines and/or escalating to Head of ICT as appropriate.
  • Setting up and configuring desktop computers, laptops, peripherals and assigning passwords.
  • Installing software and repairing hardware and peripherals.
  • Administering user accounts.
  • Maintaining records such as the ICT asset register.
  • Assisting with the maintenance of company website and domains where required.

Occasional Duties:

  • Work additional hours to meet the needs of the business
  • Attend staff meetings and training as needed
  • Travel to other sites as needed, and potentially international sites.
  • Carry out any other duties as are within the scope and purpose of the job as requested by the DIST

Do you have:

  • Experience of Windows 10 desktop and server
  • Experience of Office 365 applications including SharePoint, Microsoft Office & Exchange online
  • Good understanding of TCP/IP networking technologies
  • Problem solving/troubleshooting skills
  • Full UK Driving Licence

You should be able to demonstrate experience of managing multiple workloads at any one time, and an ability to prioritise work whilst communicating with stakeholders. Therefore, excellent organisational and communication skills are also important.
