Are you looking for a fast-paced IT Service Desk role which offers the opportunity for learning and progression, within a friendly and collaborative team? Look no further as I'm recruiting for a global manufacturing specialist who are looking to add an IT Service Desk Analyst to their team!

Role Overview:

As an IT Service Desk Analyst, you will be the first point of contact for our clients, providing essential technical support and troubleshooting expertise. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure that IT issues are resolved quickly and efficiently, maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide 1st line technical support to clients via phone, email, and remote assistance tools.
  • Log and prioritize incidents and service requests using our ticketing system.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and network issues.
  • Escalate complex issues to second-line support or relevant teams when necessary.
  • Monitor and manage ticket queues, ensuring timely resolution of incidents.
  • Administration and user support through Office 365, Active Directory, Azure Active Directory, VPNs, and Windows OS.
  • Building and imaging machines such as laptops, PCs and peripherals

Requirements:

  • IT Apprenticeship, IT Graduate, or previous experience in a junior 1st Line IT support role
  • Strong knowledge of Windows OS
  • Familiarity with common IT software and hardware.
  • Knowledge of administration through Office 365, Active Directory, and Azure Active Directory
  • Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Customer-focused attitude with a commitment to delivering high-quality support.
