Position: IT Service Desk Analyst

Location: Rendall & Rittner Manchester Office – 340 Deansgate, Manchester, M3 4LY

Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 09:00 – 17:30.

Salary: Competitive 

Contract: Permanent

Key Responsibilities and Requirements:

As an IT Service Desk Analyst at Rendall & Rittner, you will:

  • Provide excellent customer service via telephone, email and in person
  • Log incidents/requests that are issued to the service desk
  • Provide IT hardware support for Rendall & Rittner
  • Provide IT systems and software support
  • Have previous experience of setup, configuration, troubleshooting of desktop/notebook hardware and software.
  • Have knowledge of The Information Technology Infrastructure Library
  • Have very good knowledge of Microsoft Office 365 and related systems
  • coach, mentor and support end users in the working or Rendall and Rittner systems
  • Proactively manage updates to all parties through to complete resolution.
