IT Service Desk Engineer
IT Service Desk Engineer - Permanent - £42,000
We have an exciting opportunity for a 2nd Line Service Desk Engineer to join a leading MSP, where you will work onsite at a leading private equity company.
Please note, this is onsite role where you will be needed in the office 5 days a week.
What you will be doing:
- Provide IT support (Server, Network & Desktop) at a 2nd line level, achieving a high level of first-time fixes
- Support with O365 administration
- Work to set SLA’s and ensure excellent customer service is delivered
- Support with software & hardware installations
What they are looking for:
- Previous experience in an IT Support role at a 2nd line level, and ideally within a MSP environment
- Network administration experience
- Excellent communication skills
- Experience with technologies, such as: O365, Windows 10 and Active Directory.
