IT Service Management ManagerAbout the Role:

We are looking for an experienced IT Service Management (ITSM) Manager to join our Application Support & Maintenance department. This role involves managing key IT service processes for our Wealth Management Europe Technology & Solutions across various regions including the Channel Islands, UK, Europe, and Malaysia.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee major incident, problem, change, and asset management processes.
  • Create and update process documentation, ensuring consistency and adherence to company standards.
  • Manage IT assets and configuration items, ensuring data accuracy and compliance.
  • Lead response to major IT incidents, ensuring quick resolution and clear communication.
  • Manage the approval and documentation process for IT system changes.
  • Identify and address recurring IT issues to prevent future problems.
  • Ensure efficient handling of IT service requests.
  • Manage the transition of new or updated IT services into regular use.
Skills and Experience:
  • At least 3 years of experience in IT service management, especially using ServiceNow.
  • Strong organizational and leadership skills.
  • Excellent communication abilities.
  • ITIL3 & ITIL4 certification.
  • Experience in a regulated technology environment, ideally within banking or investment sectors.
Qualifications:
  • Minimum 5 years in a tech environment with IT service management responsibilities.
  • Proven track record of managing ITSM processes and achieving performance targets.
