We are recruiting for an IT Service Manager for a University. Your role will encompass the operational delivery of IT services, Service Management and service improvement.

You will attend University Board meetings, implement quality standards, manage suppliers, partners and internal teams as part of your daily responsibilities.

This is a permanent position and you will be expected to work flexibly to meet the needs of the service.
