Our client is seeking a motivated and enthusiastic IT Support Apprentice to join their team. This is an exciting opportunity for someone looking to start their career in IT, providing first-line support to their clients. Full training will be provided, along with a Microsoft development programme to enhance your skills and knowledge.

Our client is a leading provider of office solutions, products and services, and have been operating since 1989. Founded by three directors, the company has set industry benchmarks for its outstanding quality of products, services, and customer service.
The role:
Possible start date: ASAP
Monday to Friday; 8:30am to 5:30pm
Total working hours: 40
What you will do in your working day:
- Provide first-line technical support to clients via telephone, email, and remote assistance tools.
- Respond to and resolve IT support requests in a timely and professional manner.
- Troubleshoot hardware and software issues on various devices including desktops, laptops, and mobile devices.
- Assist with the installation, configuration, and maintenance of IT equipment and systems.
- Document and track support requests and resolutions using their ticketing system.
- Escalate complex issues to higher-level support when necessary.
- Maintain a high level of customer service, ensuring clients are kept informed of progress and resolution timescales.
- Participate in training sessions and complete the Microsoft development programme to improve technical skills and knowledge.
The training you will receive:
- Level 3 ICT qualification.
- All training is undertaken online, through a combination of self-paced eLearning and live online classes.
- Functional skills in English and Mathematics, if required.
Things to consider:
Candidate must be able to drive as employer location is remote.
Qualifications required:
GCSE or equivalent English (Grade A* - C 9/4) - Essential
GCSE or equivalent Mathematics (Grade A* - C 9/4) - Essential
