Are you a Desktop Support Analyst looking for a new and exciting opportunity?

Do you have experience of working for a law firm or similar professional services?

In this challenging but rewarding position at a top law firm, you will be providing a high level of 2nd line support to end users. Following completion of your 6 month probation, you will be able to work from home 2 days per week, giving you great flexibility and work/life balance that many similar roles don’t offer!

Your responsibilities:

Providing remote and deskside technical support for computer applications and hardware as well as Audio Visual support.

• 2nd line support
• Assist the helpdesk team when required
• Working closely with the 3rd line infrastructure team
• Legal specific applications e.g. iManage, Filesite, Worksite, Netdocs
• AV / meeting room support
• Office 365
• Windows 10/11
• Active Directory
• Hardware

Your skills:

• You must have experience of working as a Desktop Support Analyst at a law firm or similar professional services
• Excellent communication skills and a good understanding of working in a high pressured environment
