Your New Role

Working within a leading legal firm within the technology and digital team, you will provide application support to users across the business. You will take a lead on legal management systems, also being given further exposure to the organisations websites, reporting and intranets. You will work with internal stakeholders managing 1st and 2nd line application support, support development and testing, liasing with external suppliers ensuring incidents and problems are resolved with speed.

Ensuring Your Success

You will possess similar experience working within an application support role. Excellent interpersonal skills are essential and having a customer first mindset. You will have an excellent understanding and hands on experience on Dynamics, with some MS-SQL writing skills being highly beneficial. Other technical skills such as Sharepoint and iManage, would also be highly advantageous.
