IT Support Analyst

The Company

My client are a construction and energy company based in stunning Paddington Offices. Organic growth sees them recruiting for an IT Support Analyst to join their London based team.

The Role

The IT Support Analyst will be responsible for supporting the End User Computing infrastructure. The End User Computing infrastructure includes the computing devices (laptops, desktops, tablets, mobile phones, video conferencing hubs etc.), software and networking components.

• Troubleshoot and resolve user issues with hardware, software & networks.
• Manage user accounts, including onboarding, moves & departures.
• Provide technical support for Microsoft 365, Azure, SharePoint & MDM.
• Maintain accurate IT asset records and ensure system uptime.
• Manage licenses, subscriptions, hardware/software procurement & contracts.

Your Profile

To apply for this role you will have around 3 years experience in a varied IT support or Desktop Support role. You will be up and coming, keen to learn and proactive with a progressive mentality. You will have used Microsoft 365 and Azure and have some exposure to security. Good communication is essential.
