IT Support Analyst
Cambridge 5 days a week
£25k-£30k

One of our longstanding clients based close to the Cambridge Train Station are looking for an IT Support Analyst to join the team on a permanent basis. This role is to provide internal IT Support to users across the Cambridge office, as well as a couple of other offices across the country.
We are looking for someone with previous IT Support experience - this is not an entry level position. All candidates must hold British Citizenship or ILR. Unfortunately, we are unable to accept candidates who are on a visa or those outside of the UK.

The Role:

  • Internal IT Support
  • Management of IT Accounts
  • O365 Administration
  • Laptop builds/fixes
  • Network management
  • AV Support

Requirements:

  • Previously worked in an IT support role for 1+ years
  • Comfortable working on Active Directory and supporting Office 365
  • Previously hardware and software support
  • Comfortable working onsite 5 days a week
  • Within a reasonable commutable distance of Cambridge
  • Full right to work and remain in the UK without any restrictions
