Key Responsibilities:

• Provide application support and troubleshoot hardware issues
• Deliver on-site technical support
• Answer calls, log issues and resolve them, escalating when necessary
• Mentor service desk analysts and serve as a point of escalation for them

Technical Skills Required:

• Proficiency with Windows 10, Active Directory, Office 365, and iManage
• Experience with hardware such as desktops, laptops, and phones
• 3 or more years of experience in a similar role
