IT Support Controller
Job Description:
  • Providing support to computer system users with both hardware and software problems
  • Maintaining the current system alongside upgrading of systems when required.
  • Database administration will be involved
  • Deploying and managing IT Projects on time to budget and specification
  • Alignment of systems in accordance with the IT Security best practice
IT Support Controller
Essential Experience/Skills/Qualifications
  • Proven experience supporting IT hardware and software problems (Including TCP/IP networking, Wi-Fi Networking alongside hardware configurations)
  • Experience with Microsoft Office including MS access
  • Personable approach to support
