IT Support Coordinator required in Runcorn - From £25,000 per annum.

Our client has a fantastic opportunity to develop your skills and experience by working as IT Support Coordinator at their hub in Astmoor Industrial Estate, Runcorn.

Responsibilities:

  • Allocation of Fault Calls to Field Engineers
  • Effective allocation and utilisation of Field Engineer workloads to meet Service Levels and Customer Satisfaction
  • Utilising Accounting package to raise purchase orders
  • Provide ongoing feedback to the customer both internally and externally via voice and system updates to manage customer expectations on fault resolution
  • Report Writing within the timescales to meet contract objectives.

Person Specification:

  • Previous technical support experience would be an advantage
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to explain technical issues to non-technical customers.
  • Ability to work under pressure in a fast paced environment.
  • Experience of in-house Call management systems and tools.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office.

The salary is From £25,000 per annum.

The job operates Monday to Friday working 8am until 5pm (1 Hour unpaid lunch)
