Responsibilities:

• Provide technical support to users via phone, email, and in person.
• Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues.
• Install, configure, and maintain IT systems and applications, including Windows and macOS operating systems, Active Directory, Office 365, VMware, Cisco technologies, and Veeam backup solutions.
• Assist with IT projects and upgrades.
• Maintain accurate records of support requests and resolutions.
• Collaborate with team members to improve IT processes.
