The Company

A close knit MSP based in the heart of Coventry. They are looking for an experience Engineer to be a part of their projects team, delivering a wide range of Cloud and Infrastructure solutions to businesses varying from SMEs to Corporate organisations. The business is well established having been trading for well over 30 years now, with consistent growth throughout. They have a customer first ethos and this shows in the loyalty their clients have shown. Their services cover areas such as the traditional IT Support through to entire company audits of IT departments, highlighting potential threats and providing relevant and effective solutions.

The Role

This is a projects focused role, where you'll be liaising between clients, pre-sales and the rest of the team to ensure projects are delivered on time and to the highest of standards.

• E2E project delivery, providing support to pre-sales, and solution implementation before, during and after project completion.
• 3rd Line Support will need to be provided here and there but it will be on an ad hoc basis
• We are looking for someone who is capable of taking the lead on some projects, prior experience of this will be advantageous but not essential
• There will be occasional site visits but these will be pre-arranged and subsidised

Requirements

• Hands on experience of implementing support solutions and projects, covering these areas:
  • Microsoft Exchange
  • Microsoft 365 - Migrations
  • Azure Virtual Desktop & Windows Virtual Desktop - Deployment and administration
  • Intune Deployment and Administration
• Application support
• Previous MSP experience would be helpful but not essential
