1st/2nd Line Support Engineer – London – 6-week contract

My customer requires an experienced 1st/2nd Line Support Engineer to join an existing team in an exciting industry for an initial 3-month engagement.

Please note this 1st/2nd Line Support Engineer role is Inside IR35 and it will require the Engineer to work fully onsite in London.

1st/2nd Line Support Engineer will be joining the current Support Team helping clear a back log of tickets and freeing up time to look at improvements. Tickets will be varied but generally joiners/leavers/movers, user access and general 1stline issues.

Primary day to day responsibilities will for the 1st/2nd Line Support Engineer will include:

  • Prior experience in a 1st/2nd line/Service desk role
  • Windows 10/11 – Administration and Support
  • Microsoft EUC Stack – joiners, leavers and movers.
  • Office 365 – Administration and Support
  • Endpoint management: Intune
  • Active Directory experience
  • JLM experience would be beneficial.
  • Beneficial: Exchange, Intune, Mimecast, firewall. URL filtering, IPS, Rapid 7 monitoring
  • Experience with ticket management systems
  • Experience in build and deployment will be beneficial. (Intune)

The 1st/2nd Line Support Engineer will be required to work 5 days a week on site in London for the duration of the 6-week contract.
