We are recruiting an experienced IT Support Engineer that will be based in Aberdeen for a market leading organisation. This organisation has a great reputation for developing its people and promoting within.

The IT Support Engineer will beresponsible for maintaining and supporting infrastructure, applications and users based at the company’s head office as well as providing assistance to all other locations.

Essential technical experience:

  • Desktop hardware and software
  • Microsoft Active Directory
  • Microsoft Windows Server 2008-2016
  • Microsoft Office 365
  • Microsoft Exchange 2007-2013
  • Basic networking skills
  • Basic VOIP knowledge
  • Basic wireless knowledge
  • Virtualisation (VMWare / Microsoft Hyper-V)

Candidates must have excellent communication & problem-solving skills. Be self-motivated, possess the ability to handle multiple assignments & have a proven track record in customer service.
