THE ROLE:
You will join a team of driven and enthusiastic engineers, primarily solving first-line tickets and answering the phone. They basically do what an IT department would for a large business: from services, laptops, Macs, PCs, printers, mobile devices, websites - they do it all.

No day is ever the same. Sometimes you'll be helping a client remotely, perhaps working onsite, or visiting their Kiev office and working on cloud platforms.

KEY SKILLS & EXPERIENCE:
Proven 1st / 2nd line IT support experience in:
- Office 365,
- Windows Service and/or OS X Server
- Windows client and Mac OS
- General networking
- General email and hosting services

SALARY & BENEFITS
- £25,000 - £26,000 + 20-40% with bonuses and overtime.
