Role: 1st Line IT Support Engineer aka IT Service Desk Engineer, IT Support Engineer, IT Service Desk Analyst, 2nd Line Support Engineer, 1st Line Support Engineer, Desktop Support  

Location: Central London – this is a hybrid role working 4 days in the office and 1 from home. This may increase to 3 and 2 after probation. 

Salary: £32k-£34k base salary plus fantastic benefits 

Benefits: 20 days holiday plus bank holiday + Christmas off, 5% employer pension and much more…

What you will bring to the table and learn on the job:

You will have previous experience working in an IT Support role, preferably across 1st and 2nd line supporting and installing hardware, software and wider systems. This is a fantastic role that will give you the opportunity to work with the wider business to ensure all IT systems are performing at maximum uptime and meeting the goals of the business. Experience working in a Microsoft based head office is highly desirable. It would be great if you have worked in a role that allowed you to gain experience of cyber security essentials. Any experience of working in the architectural industry would be highly desirable, but is not essential.
