Job Title: IT Support Engineer (3-Month Contract)
Location: Bridgewater, Somerset
Rate: £130/day – Inside IR35 Umbrella contractors only
Contract Length: 3 Months

Role Overview
We are seeking an IT Support Engineer for a 3-month contract at in Bridgewater. You will provide hands-on IT support, including device setup, troubleshooting, and stock management, within a large-scale infrastructure environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide deskside support for PCs, laptops, peripherals, and software.
- Manage the Walk-Up IT Support Bar to assist end users.
- Re-image, wipe, and test Lenovo, Panasonic, and Samsung Android tablets.
- Maintain and manage self-service IT vending cabinets and lockers.
- Handle Gepard tickets and stock control tasks.
- Perform general IT administration and asset management.
Required Skills & Experience
? 2 + years IT support experience
? Strong knowledge of Android devices, MDM, and operating systems.
? Excellent client-facing, verbal, and written communication skills.
? Ability to work independently and troubleshoot technical issues.
? Able to read and understand technical documentation.
