IT Support Engineer

Location: Radstock

Salary: £35k- £45k per annum

We’re looking for an experienced IT Support Engineer with expertise in Azure, M365, and multi-cloud environments (including AWS and Google Cloud). This is a great opportunity to work in a fast-paced, small team, supporting hybrid cloud infrastructures across various client sites.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Implement and support Windows Server, Azure, and M365 environments.

  • Troubleshoot Tier 3 and Tier 4 issues, assist Tier 1 and Tier 2 teams with escalated tickets.

  • Ensure SLAs and customer service standards are met.

  • Maintain clear communication with clients and internal teams.

  • Enhance knowledge base documentation.

  • Implement cloud security best practices and troubleshoot networks (VPCs, VPNs, firewalls, etc.).

  • Administer virtualised environments (Hyper-V, VMware).

  • Keep documentation up to date and follow change management processes.

Key Requirements:

  • Proven experience with Azure and M365 environments.

  • Strong knowledge of Windows Server, Azure AD, M365 portals, and virtualisation (Hyper-V, VMware).

  • Expertise in networking (firewalls, VPNs, DNS, SD-WAN).

  • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.

  • Experience in a client-facing support role (preferably MSP).

  • Excellent communication skills.

  • Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel to client sites.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with hybrid cloud solutions.

  • Knowledge of monitoring tools like Azure Monitor and AWS CloudWatch.
