Position - IT Support Engineer
Location - Sheffield

Key Responsibilities -

* Provide technical support to internal users, troubleshooting IT issues across various hardware and software systems
* Resolving incidents and service requests in a timely manner
* Working closely with the IT Manager across Service Desk and Project Support

Skills Required -

* Previous experience within an IT Support setting
* Windows OS, Active Directory and Office 365
* Familiarisation with Networking principles (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP)
* Proficiency in diagnosing and troubleshooting hardware and software issues
* Providing excellent customer service, whether remote or face-to-face
