Are you an experienced IT Support Technician able to cover 1st & 2nd line level issues? Can you support both in person and remotely?

We are working with a growing Accountancy practice based in London, this is a newly appointed role where you will get the chance to support at the IT Manager within BAU but also some exciting projects. One of these projects is introducing a new cloud platform to the business.

Responsibilities:
As an IT Support Technician, you will…

  • Provide 1st and 2nd line IT support for users across the firm.
  • Proactively monitor and maintain systems and networks.
  • Installing & configure new computers.
  • Assist in the induction process for all new users.


Requirements:
As an IT Support Technician, you will need…

  • Good Technical and compliance skills
  • 2 - 3 years’ experience within Software & Hardware Support
  • Good Project Management skills
