IT Support Technician
Location: Bristol (Central) - Onsite Working
Salary: Up to £28,000 + annual bonus + benefits

CPS Group is working with a successful healthcare manufacturing SME organisation based in Bristol who have an opportunity for an IT Support Technician to join their IT team.

This is an outstanding opportunity for someone looking to advance their expertise in IT or embark on a career in the IT field. As an IT Support Technician, you will support with the successful running of departments across the organisation regarding all aspects of IT. This could be from the governance of the company's infrastructure to the maintenance / functionality of the IT Systems.

Responsibilities:

> Provide helpdesk and service desk support to internal users.
> Responding to and managing open ticket cases
> Manage IT software contracts and licenses.
> Install, configure and carry out upgrades to software on new hardware and equipment.
> Support with the rollout of new equipment
> Ensure security and integrity of IT systems and data.

Experience:

> Experience working within an IT Department preferably from within a similar IT Support / Service Desk / Help Desk role.
> Excellent IT Skills
> Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
> Attention to detail.
> Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
