Salary: £35,000 - £40,000

Location: St Albans (Onsite)

Are you an experience IT Systems Support Advisor looking for you new opportunity in Hertfordshire?

We're looking for someone who will support the company's teams with technical inquiries and change requests related to the systems. You'll engage with the business stakeholders and give them updates on any relevant tasks. You'll work closely with third party vendors to ensure that problems are resolved and change requests are delivered to a high quality within agreed SLAs.

You'll drive ongoing improvements and innovations throughout and support all areas of the business and specifically within the technical teams.

Experience needed for this position (Please read carefully)

• 2+ years of technical system support experience
• Proven experience working with Office 365
• Strong proficiency in Excel, VBA, Macros and complex formulas
• NetSuite ERP
• Good understanding of financial accounting processes
• Excellent all round communication skills
