We are working with an industry leading communications and media company based in Wiltshire. They are looking for the next talented member of their IT Team.

The role!

• Providing 1st and 2nd line support to both internal and external stakeholders in a professional and efficient manner.
• Supporting a windows 11 system.
• Documenting calls using the inhouse ticketing system
• Fixing issues both onsite and remotely, performing technical diagnosis.

Requirements

• At least 2 years prior Tech support experience
• Office 365
• Mac Support experience
• Knowledge of basic network topologies
• Excellent Customer service
