Our client is a manufacturer and is renowned for their high-level service and support to customers from local markets to large retail companies. They are eager to recruit a highly motivated individual who wants to put their skill the test.

You will be responsible for providing a quality service for one of the market leaders! Key duties include; supporting internal and external customers to the highest standard whilst being the first POC for issues raised by phone or email. Using Active Directory and Microsoft applications.

This role will be supported with ongoing training and offers realistic progression into senior technician roles.

The role:

* IT Technician
* Working onsite in Cross Hands
* Windows, Active Directory,
* Working in a skilled small-sized team of likeminded IT professionals
* Ongoing training.
* Realistic progression available into senior positions.

The Person requires;

* Good commercial IT support experience
*Excellent telephone presence with organised follow-up skills
* Basic networking
* Ability to foster strong relationships both internally and externally.
* Interested in training and development
