We supply the latest technology to various locations throughout the UK with our prestigious clients predominantly being within Intelligent Transport Systems (ITS), Highways, Airports and Power sectors.

We have an opportunity for an enthusiastic and ambitious systems engineer to join us on our mission to seamlessly deliver end-to-end control systems.

What we want… We are looking for a team player with excellent communication skills who has the ability to manage their own workload and work to deadlines. Alongside, a couple of years’ experience within a similar role and having the following skills:

  • Serve as the first point of contact for IT support within the business
  • Diagnose and troubleshoot software and hardware issues.
  • Repair and replace damaged IT hardware and peripherals.
  • Purchase, setup, and roll out IT hardware, software, and peripherals.
  • Support people whenever they encounter challenges with their IT hardware or software.
  • Maintain and update technical documentation regularly.
  • Experience supporting Microsoft 365 services (Entra, Intune, Exchange) and desktop applications (Outlook, Word, Excel) in a Windows environment.
  • Understanding of virtualisation.
  • Experience with Linux and Powershell is advantageous but not essential.
