IT Trainer
  • Salary: Up to £55k

  • Job Type: 12-month Fixed Term Contract (Hybrid role)

We are excited to offer a fantastic opportunity for an IT Trainer to join a forward-thinking organisation on a 12-month Fixed Term Contract. This hybrid role requires travel to other offices and involves hands-on support for business-critical systems, with a focus on an iManage 10 and Windows 11 desktop upgrade project. The successful candidate will develop and implement a comprehensive training programme and materials for the firm’s UK offices.

Day-to-day of the role:
  • Design, develop, and conduct a training programme for users of the firm’s core business systems, focusing initially on iManage and Windows 11.
  • Work closely with IT staff in Infrastructure, ServiceDesk, and Applications Teams, as well as key business stakeholders.
  • Assist with User Acceptance Testing and support IT Testing staff.
  • Liaise with users and technical teams to provide feedback on upgraded systems.
  • Conduct training needs analysis and IT skills gap analysis.
  • Deliver high-quality, role-specific online distance learning and in-person IT training.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • A-Levels, degree level or equivalent, and IT Training qualifications.
  • Experience in delivering high-quality IT training.
  • Excellent knowledge of iManage is essential.
  • Previous experience in a law firm or partnership environment.
  • Excellent knowledge of MS Office and Windows.
  • Understanding of workflow/case management systems.
