IT Vendor Manager

We are currently working with a fantastic British client with a global presence - operating across the education and culture space. The client looking to add an accomplished IT Vendor Manager to their team on a permanent basis - and are offering a salary in the £40-£45,000 region. Whilst you need to be based in the UK for this opportunity, the position is **FULLY REMOTE**

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Managing and delivering in-year Contract Management Plans for all live contracts
  • Developing out-of-year Contract Management Plans
  • Liaising with subject matter experts, e.g. HR, Finance, Legal, Estates, Tax and Status, in order to analyse risks and develop ways to mitigate the impacts
  • Planning and managing the core budget for area of activity
  • Working to defined procurement standards and frameworks

You will have:

  • Strong supplier relationship skills are a must
  • A good level of general experience in procurement or contract management
  • A minimum of 2 years exposure to procurement, contract, or supply chain management specifically within IT Category or a specific subcategory (software, hardware, licensing, SaaS etc.).

As a reminder, whilst this opportunity is Fully Remote, you will need to be based in the UK.
